Purpose of the project

To design a building for the administration of the seaports of Primorsky Krai and the Eastern Arctic in the settlement of Vrangel.

Project solution

Spacious, 2,825-square-foot building for up to 80 employees.

On the first floor there are an assembly hall, a cafeteria, a billiard room, a room for sports, a warehouse, an archive, and technical premises.

On the upper floors there are administrative and service rooms, bathrooms.

On the territory adjacent to the building there are green recreation zones for the employees and a parking lot for 28 cars.

The building is equipped with all the necessary types of engineering networks: central heating, hot and cold water supply systems, ventilation system, electrical equipment and fire alarm system.
