Purpose of the project

To design an administrative, scientific, educational and tourist center for Kedrovaya Pad State Reserve and Leopard Land National Park. The estate with infrastructure facilities should become the world's largest center for investigation and conservation population of the Far Eastern leopard.

The center will house the national park's staff and create conditions for the development of eco-tourism.

Project solution

We were given a total area of 5 hectares to work on, which is divided to 2 plots of 2.5 hectares each.

First plot is allocated for service and production building needs. It has boiler rooms, parking lots, sewage treatment plants and fire tanks.
Second plot is allocated for low-rise development, it has residential buildings for employees, an arboretum, sports grounds.

Main buildings of the complex:

An administrative building with a rehabilitation and recreation complex for the Reserve's staff;
An office building with hotel rooms;
A multifunctional garage complex for servicing special equipment;
