Purpose of the project:

To design a complex on the Korabelnaya embankment, combining a fish market with a pier. The fish market shall become one of the architectural landmarks of Vladivostok due to its unusual concept and advantageous location in the tourist zone of the historic city center.

Project solution

The building will consist of four floors

On the -1 floor there would be technical and auxiliary premises of the market, as well as premises for overexposure and storage of live seafood

On the 1 floor – stands with seafood for sale

On upper floor – foodcourt, café and restaraunts

On a rooftop – gardened observation deck with fascinating view on Golden Horn Bay and the southern part of the city.

Similar concepts (fish market + opportunity to enjoy fresh seafood on the spot) are implemented in Tokyo, Sydney, Madrid and Seoul. The combination of the market and the HoReCa segment has already proved its effectiveness in these cities.

FEATURES OF THE PROJECT:

From a technical point of view, the project differs from its counterparts by the complex land plot, which was artificially created during the construction of the bridge over the Golden Horn Bay.
