MULTIFUNCTIONAL HOTEL COMPLEX OF BUSINESS TYPE (5 STARS) IN THE AREA OF THE SHIP EMBANKMENT IN THE CITY OF VLADIVOSTOK. VLADIVOSTOK

Purpose of the project

Our task was to design a seventeen-floor hotel building with 222 rooms and 10,000 m² of public space. 

The main requirement for the design of the interiors of the project was full compliance of the design of all rooms with the international Hyatt Regency brandbook, solutions of the world's leading designers agency "twenty2degrees Design Partnership" company and Russian regulatory documents. 

For all rooms of the complex we assembled architectural interior albums, which include all necessary drawings and sheets with the calculation of construction and finishing materials for the entire volume of the building. 

The project was not realized due to a change of ownership, our work was carried out from 2014 to 2017.

DESIGN SOLUTION

The hotel building is a parallelepiped, placed on a three-floor stylobate, which unites the hotel, sports and recreation building and the conference center. The space between the hotel building and the conference center forms an isolated courtyard, one side of which opens to the sea. This courtyard serves for disembarkation of guests from the sea pier.

The hotel project contains 222 rooms of different levels of comfort. The total area of the rooms is 9700 sq.m.

On the third floor there are two conference halls with a total capacity of 600 people. The halls are connected to the main building by a covered corridor, where meeting rooms are located. The passage and a large hall in front of the halls are open to the water area of the Golden Horn.

There are special exits from the meeting rooms to the terrace (475 m²). On the same floor there is a kitchen, staff canteen, utility and technical rooms.

On the fourth floor you can find meeting rooms, technical, service, auxiliary facilities, the transition to the SPA building, a gym, SPA premises, swimming pool.Total area of this zone is 1500 m².

PROJECT FEATURES

The project concept was created through an international collaboration with Twenty2degrees Design Partnership, London.

The Hyatt Regency project was created using BIM technologies in the REVIT software. The BIM model of the hotel included data of the architectural, planning, design, economic, technological, operational characteristics of the hotel, as well as a preliminary calculation of time and cost of construction work for each object of the project.
