Object of cultural heritage of regional significance monument of history and culture "House, where he lived and worked well-known public figure Solovyov N.M.".
The building was built in 1903.
At the beginning of the 20th century Nikolay Matveyevich Solovyov, well-known public figure of Vladivostok, lived in this house. From the 30s of the 20th century the building was used as an apartment house and an administrative building. During the period of exploitation numerous alterations of inner rooms were made.
Technical inspection of the building was carried out before the beginning of the design work.
The project of restoration and adaptation of the cultural heritage object proposes to use the building for office premises.
