Features of working with architectural monuments

Our company has a license to work on the preservation of cultural heritage.

While working with monuments of architecture we are guided by basic principles:

• The project does not violate the original appearance of the historic building;
  

• We preserve the significance of the building as a cultural heritage monument.
  

We develop projects of architecture monuments restoration taking into account their further use as commercial or residential real estate.

For this we carry out a complex of engineering surveys and architectural and archaeological research. Before the beginning of the project we prepare a historical note on the cultural heritage object and a list of elements of the object in need of restoration with an indication of possible materials to be used.

The project includes materials and techniques which help to reproduce the building's historical appearance as much as possible and preserve the result for many years.

• Obtaining a permit for the development of project documentation for preserving the object of cultural heritage from the body for preservation of the cultural heritage;

• conducting technical examination of the object of cultural heritage,conducting all engineering surveys;

• development of projects for restoration and adaptation of architectural monuments for contemporary use (for shopping centers, offices, banks, etc.);

• development of projects to recreate objects of cultural heritage (to recreate a lost or destroyed objects);

• passing the state historical and cultural expertise of the project documentation and obtaining a positive conclusion;

• author’s supervision over repair and restoration works.
