We act as the technical customer, whose functions cover not only the preparation of the package of initial permits, but also on full management of contractors, budgets, and work with the supervisory authorities.
Technical customer’s services
As a technical customer we carry out full construction control in accordance with state technical regulations, norms and rules. We protect the economical and legal rights of the investor taking responsibility for the final result.
